Refund & Return Policy

1. Overview

This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms under which Coastal Apex Team FZ-LLC, trading as TaxNomads ("we", "our", or "us") provides refunds for our services. We are committed to fair and transparent policies for all our clients.

2. Service Nature

Our services are professional consultancy services that include:

• Company formation in UAE Free Zones
• Visa application processing
• Emirates ID application assistance
• Bank account guidance
• Ongoing support and consultancy

Due to the nature of our services, which involve third-party government fees and initiated processes, our refund policy has specific conditions as outlined below.

3. Refund Eligibility

Full Refund (100%)

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• You cancel within 48 hours of payment AND before any work has commenced
• We are unable to provide the services due to circumstances within our control
• Payment was made in error (duplicate payment)

Partial Refund (50-75%)

You may be eligible for a partial refund if:

• You cancel after 48 hours but before government applications are submitted (75% refund)
• You cancel after initial document review but before Free Zone application (50% refund)

No Refund

Refunds are NOT available once:

• Government applications have been submitted on your behalf
• Government fees have been paid (these are non-refundable by authorities)
• Company formation documents have been processed with the Free Zone
• Visa application has been submitted to immigration authorities
• Services have been substantially completed

4. Government Fees

Please note that government fees included in our packages are:

• Paid directly to UAE government authorities and Free Zones
• Non-refundable once submitted to the relevant authority
• Subject to the refund policies of the respective government entity

We will assist in seeking refunds from government authorities where possible, but cannot guarantee such refunds.

5. Application Rejection

If your visa or license application is rejected by UAE authorities:

• We will review the rejection reason and advise on options
• If rejection is due to incomplete information provided by the client, no refund is applicable
• If rejection is due to our error, we will resubmit at no additional cost or provide a partial refund
• Government fees for rejected applications are generally non-refundable

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Email us at taxnomads.support@gmail.com with your order details
2. Include your full name, payment reference, and reason for refund request
3. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days
4. Our team will review your case and respond within 5 business days

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing time: 7-14 business days
• Refunds are processed in AED (the original payment currency)
• Bank processing times may vary

8. Service Modifications

If you wish to modify your service package:

• Upgrades can be made by paying the difference
• Downgrades may be subject to a modification fee
• Package changes must be requested before government applications are submitted

9. Cancellation by TaxNomads

We reserve the right to cancel services and issue refunds if:

• We discover fraudulent or misleading information in your application
• You fail to provide required documents after repeated requests
• Regulatory changes prevent us from delivering the service
• You violate our Terms and Conditions

10. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a refund decision:

• You may request a review by emailing taxnomads.support@gmail.com
• Include all relevant documentation supporting your case
• We will conduct an independent review within 10 business days
• Our decision after review is final
